Analyst, you'll work on the cutting edge with the largest FinTech
company in the world. While using your advanced technical skills to
protect Worldpay from threats, you will partner with business
leaders to identify risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls,
and promote continuous improvement.What you will be doing:
- Ensure the strategic objectives of risk management program are
met including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination
of risk response and program testing and validation.
- Review significant events and advises business owners of action
steps required to prevent future recurrence.
- Perform risk assessments related to the Enterprise Risk
Management programs as well as other consulting projects throughout
various risk disciplines while identifying potential issues,
control gaps and potential process efficiencies.
- Document risk analysis, controls and evaluates control design
including continuous control ----improvement.
- Communicate risk findings and recommendations effectively to
management.
- Manage specific areas of exposure.
- Provide guidance and support to business units in implementing
risk mitigation strategies and issues management.
- Issues management analysis and reporting.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on
risk-related matters.What you will need:
- Three or more years' experience as a Risk Analyst.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills
required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation
skills.
- Project-oriented and may require a significant amount of
overtime at critical times.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working
relationships with employees, vendors, and clients.
- Experience working with operational risk assessments and Key
Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Experience in Issues Management.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and industry
standards.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and GRC
tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross functional
teams.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.
- CISSP or CISA highly preferred.
- Risk assessment or internal audit experience preferred.What we
