Life Cycle Services Representative - Remote

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Life Cycle Services Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer support renewal opportunities within assigned accounts
Consult with account teams to provide strategic renewals pricing and identify upsell opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate data, and contribute to customer Quarterly Business Reviews

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma required
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance renewal sales experience preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with a strong analytical skillset
