The Senior Principal Analyst Relations Consultant works on two levels; first, he/she researches and tracks the competitive field of payments processing. Secondly, the Consultant will work with marketing and public relations to ensure a consistent corporate image is presented to analysts, institutional investors and individual shareholders. He/she may also play a key role in creating the annual report and putting together the annual shareholders meeting. The Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Performs research and tracks company competition and key industry events. * Works with marketing and public relations to ensure that a consistent corporate image is presented to analysts, institutional investors and individual shareholders. * Coordinates key investor events and analyst conferences as well as pertinent follow-up. * Assists with the annual report and annual shareholders meeting. * Prepares market and competitive updates for executive staff. * Coordinates SEC filings and disclosures with SEC Reporting leader to ensure timely submission and public notification/website postings. * May prepare investor presentations. * Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, he/she uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. * Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. * Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. * Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups. * Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Qualifications: * Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience.
