Job Description:

ContainerPort Group is looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team at our Cincinnati, OH office The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for Invoicing our customers within 7 days of move completion. This candidate will be requesting revised work orders (EDI and Manual), checking for scanned paperwork, taking charges off hold in preparation for invoicing, adding note to Trinium for ease of communication. This candidate will send follow up emails to customers and terminals on approval status of additional charges and escalate issues as needed to sales team and appropriate management internal and external. Typical Job Responsibilities: Audits billing based on company SOPs by reviewing back-up documentation, processing each order quickly and efficiently while adhering to complicated billing guidelines and processes. Ensures collectible, accurate and timely billing goes to the customers by processing the billing queue daily. Works with the billing services manager to find solutions to streamline and increase billing efficiencies and accuracy. Updates billing profiles & notes for billing files as needed. Communicates with field account representative and other team members to seek resolutions to billing audit issues. Communicates with internal customers frequently and external customers as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma 2 years of administrative office experience required Intermodal billing experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required Ability to work in a fast paced office environment Ability to work very independently with keen focus on processing a large volume of orders. Should also be able to function as part of a team and take direction when necessary. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, solve complex problems, and drive resolution of problems to meet hard deadlines. Ability to learn quickly, comprehend complicated written instructions and retain information. Ability to audit data quickly with excellent accuracy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to see patterns.
