Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a part-time administrative assistant job in Cincinnati. This is a long term opportunity for a reputable company downtown. You will be responsible for providing office support in the New Business Department. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!



Responsibilities for this position include:



-Review of applications and forms for accuracy


-Electronic submissions of applications


-Maintain files and status reports


-Effectively communicating with internal and external customers in written and verbal form


-Other administrative duties as assigned




Qualifications:



-Experience with Microsoft Office


-Strong interpersonal skills, detailed and organized


-Self-starter, ability to work independently and with others


-Excellent communication skills


-Ability to learn new computer programs quickly


-Must have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience




This assignment will be a part-time temporary opportunity.
