Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the
lifecycle of signage projects. This position demands a
detail-oriented professional who can manage materials, coordinate
schedules, and communicate effectively with vendors and clients.
Youll work independently and as part of a collaborative team,
ensuring every aspect of the project is executed seamlessly and
efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to
provide technical and logistical support during the quoting
process. Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, ordering,
and tracking project-specific materials with a focus on accuracy.
Assist in projects and scheduling and coordinate with operations to
ensure deadlines are met. Support permitting processes with a
methodical approach to documentation and follow-up. Maintain
meticulous records of project tasks and communicate updates to
stakeholders clearly and concisely. Qualifications: Technical
Skills : Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, Google Sheets,
PDFs, and email systems. Strong aptitude for basic math and
measurements. Ability to analyze data and identify the most
efficient solutions to project needs. Behavioral Skills :
Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to task
completion. Strong time management skills with the ability to
prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment. A
self-motivated individual who enjoys solving problems and takes
ownership of responsibilities. Comfortable with both independent
work and contributing to a team environment.
