Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Account Executive to increase our product reach and brand recognition throughout Cincinnati. You will oversee and implement marketing campaigns and produce sales and new business for our clients. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a challenge. You must be comfortable making dozens of new connections per day, working in teams of people, generating interest, and qualifying prospects. From day one you'll be challenged to take risks, think big, and make an impact while getting lots of training and support from the team. The Sales and Marketing Account Executive Role: The sales representative will be responsible for assisting management with training sales representatives in our semi-private and group training environment. Develop and drive marketing and promotion strategies Positively builds the client's brand in the market Expand our client base in the Cincinnati area by building and maintaining relationships with all customers through sales and marketing. Engage our clientele in active discussions about product and service options Present innovative products and services in one-to-one consumer interactions Collaborate with other key players within our sales and marketing team Job Requirements:Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities and find new leads Develop new accounts within a given territory Identify customer's needs, and provide reports to management Update campaign management team on any adaptations needed to bridge the gap between customer and branding team Meet and exceed all performance expectations including sales of services, add-on sales, customer etiquette, and maintaining high integrity with our quality standards
