The Senior Project Executive plays a critical leadership role in the organization, overseeing the strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall performance of business units within the company. This role is focused on driving results, developing leaders, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Senior Project Executive is accountable for the successful delivery of complex projects, cultivating client relationships, and advancing the company’s long-term goals. This role Provides overall leadership and representation of the general construction division by setting and meeting business objectives, including safety practices/standards, financial accountability, customer service standards and operational processes and procedures. Responsible for Team Leadership, Operational Management, Business Development, Financial Oversight P&L And long-term Strategic Planning, Compliance, and Risk Management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related industry degree and 15 years commensurate experience Executive presence Exceptional leadership and team building skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Exceptional knowledge of cost/claim avoidance Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and other industry/company related programs Ability to effectively present to both and internal and external audience
