Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts. Road tests vehicles when required Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended Communicate with the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if the work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, etc. Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent FCA Certified Must Have a Valid driver's license Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Ensure customer's cars are kept clean and treated with respect. Must be a helpful team player Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
