Description This is a contract role for a MEP Superintendent. The
MEP Project Manager will oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and
Plumbing (MEP ) aspects of construction projects. Key
responsibilities include ensuring compliance with construction
safety protocols, managing budgeting and project management tasks,
and coordinating on-site activities. This on-site role is located
in Lexington, KY. Qualifications Expertise in Mechanical,
Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and Plumbing work
Proficiency in Construction Safety practices and protocols Strong
skills in Budgeting and Project Management Experience in overseeing
and coordinating construction projects Excellent communication and
leadership abilities Relevant certifications and licenses in MEP or
related fields are a plus Experience in Healthcare projects
