Description: We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC
technician to complete work orders and be responsible for
preventative maintenance and new installs. Requirements: 5 Years of
Commercial HVAC experienceType 1 Type 2 certificationsStrong
troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsBasic computer
skillsExperience with older equipmentAdheres to established
policies, procedures, schedules and safety.Team environmentStrong
