Job Description:

JDP is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in the Cincinnati, Ohio area! The candidate will be responsible to
schedule and control all Plant Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance programs and functions.Responsibilities:Drive reliability programsMonitor PM programs, Parts inventory & schedulingSupervise and coach direct reports Complete direct reports performance reviews and provide feedbackRecommend equipment and processing system modifications and replacementsRemain up to date on plant technologyImplement Root cause analysis on
repeated equipment faults.Establish and administer and effective predictive/preventative maintenance programOversee all processes for maintenance and engineering associates Lead inclusive of plant, division, and company goalsWork closely with outside organizations such as OSHA, EPA, FDARequirements:Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred5+ years' experience in the food industryKnowledge of GMP, EPA and OSAH requirementsStrong attention to detail Strong analytical and strategic thinking skillsProven leadership skills
