Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork Train and mentor installation helpers assigned to assist on projects Keep customers informed throughout the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and trust Maintain a clean, professional appearance and safe, organized job sites Manage truck inventory and equipment for maximum efficiency Promote the Tom Drexler brand and uphold company standards What We’re Looking For Required: Active Journeyman HVAC License Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Residential HVAC installation experience Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions Preferred: Experience leading or mentoring junior HVAC technicians Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software Pre-Employment Requirements All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, MVR review, and drug screening, conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
