Adecco is currently assisting a nationally known client in their efforts to fill an Operations Project Manager position in Columbus, OH paying $40.00 - $45.00 / hr. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! * Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week)* Length: 3+ month contract* Shift/Hours: Mon - Fri / 8-5 * Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hr / Adecco W2Requirements for this Operations Project Manager job include, but are not limited to:The Operations Specialist will provide project and program management support for various strategic projects, programs and initiatives. This includes scrappy proof of concept and pilot initiatives supporting all facets of the team. This position will help drive, consult and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. This role will serve as a critical organizing element to each project team by managing deadlines, ensuring all functions have what they need to achieve goals, and reporting successes and learnings to senior partners. The Operations Specialist Manager will ensure success through supporting portfolio management, process standardization, prioritization, planning, execution monitoring, risk management and communications. The Operations Specialist will travel as needed within the region of the project (post covid) Will work Hybrid with the operation if location in home area* Lead and organize cross-functional teams to deliver business value on time and to consistently high levelsof quality* Build detailed, integrated project and program plans* Communicate with customers, stakeholders, and team leadership* Establish and manage program Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and report these measures to business stakeholders* Contribute to program and project strategy by proposing solutions which enable effective project implementation and deliver across the organization* Facilitate stakeholder meetings to provide project updates, present ideas, obtain feedback, and drive consensus* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify success criteria and research project requirements* With guidance from program leaders, establish and execute project plans to set the approach, processes, KPIs, communication framework, and milestones* Proactively identify, communicate, and manage project risks* Ensure use of standardized/efficient processes, playbooks, metrics, change management* Assist in driving consistency across project methodologies and approaches* Simultaneously manage multiple projectsQualifications for this Operations Project Manager job include, but are not limited to:* * Bachelor's Degree* 2-5 years of experience in project/program management or equivalent management experience* Understanding of Supply Chain and Operations a plus* Highly proficient in Google Suite - a spreadsheet and deck-building* Demonstrated project management experience, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal presentation skills as core requirements* Ability to work both independently and inter-dependently with a diverse range of leaders, including senior-management and front-line leaders, in both remote and face-to-face environments* Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment, work with a high level of professional maturity, and aptitude for navigating large, ambiguous and matrixed organizations* Experience clearly and concisely synthesizing and reporting on complex and diverse programs for a diverse group of audiences; experience in creating presentations preferred* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.* Demonstrate high amount of empathy, integrity, dependability, responsibility and accountabilityWhy work for Adecco?* Weekly pay* 401(k) Plan* Skills Training* Medical, dental, and vision benefitsIMPORTANT: This Operations Project Manager job is being recruited for by Adecco's National Recruitment Center, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
