-- Position Summary: Necco--has an opportunity for a career as an--EHR Application Manager. This position will be located in our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role will add the most value to the company by providing strategic oversight of the Evolv (Electronic Health Record) team. This role will also assist with general application support, training, continuous improvement, and maintenance of the application. -- The candidate selected will be responsible for the following: Leadership

  • Follow established Governance processes to determine application needs;
  • Ensures application investments support the organization's business goals and objectives;
  • Coordinate with Director of Enterprise Architecture & Analytics to develop a strategic roadmap for the EHR application that is tied to business processes;
  • Provide strategic support in the planning, evaluating, and testing of EHR upgrades; and--
  • Provide direct supervision and assist in the development of EHR team members. Technical Support--
    • Analyze the use of the application in accordance with business processes and workflows;
    • Evaluate system configuration requests based on business value and IT best practice;--
    • Facilitates requirements gathering with end users;
    • Document business processes and technical requirements; and--
    • Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing software, hardware and IT processes.--
      -- Training and Development
      • Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to identify training needs and scheduling;
      • Collaborate with system vendors on support ticket trends;
      • Provide technical expertise and functional knowledge of the application;
      • Assist with the development of training standards and objectives;--
      • Assist with the design and preparation of effective training content; and
      • Conducts onsite and/or distance learning.--

        • Degree in Information Systems Management or related field
        • Minimum of--3--years of experience with Electronic Health Record--
        • Experience with gathering information from system users
        • Willingness to work after business hours as needed
        • Travel/training willingness
        • Interest in using technology to meet business needs or resolve issues
        • Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency in Necco Business Processes
        • Ability to make decisions based on business value and assessment of risk
        • Valid driver's license and 100/300/100 required auto insurance coverage
        • Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills
