Job Description:

Directors lead a portfolio of clients or a single large client and is accountable for establishing, maintaining and growing client relationships/business. Directors are also responsible for leading a team of direct reports as well as leading the overall client vision within the agency.

Key responsibilities
- Establish, own and foster mid-to-senior client relationships
- Develop and lead the execution of the vision and strategy for the assigned client/s
- Lead annual account plan development and execution to deliver agreed growth/client satisfaction goals
- Regularly and convincingly communicate agency value delivered to client's business to ensure strength of continued relationship
- Identify, propose and close organic growth opportunities that impact our client's business
- Financial management of the business (single client or portfolio of clients) including contract negotiations, annual and monthly revenue forecasting, budget management and ensuring optimal client profitability
- Develop and fosters strong, high-performing team including highly selective recruiting, coaching, regular feedback sessions and career development support
- Champions sharing across teams and case study creation
- Actively contributes to agency culture and Client Partnership capability development

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience
- 12+ years of experience working at an agency
- Strong digital marketing experience required
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing relationships and setting the vision for the business and programs.
- Must be able to quickly embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- CPG experience a plus
- Success leading, managing and motivating a team
- College Degree required

- Analytic skills - ability to look at data, extract insights and present it simply
- Strong oral and written communication skills
