Lincoln Crawford located in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our HR/Payroll. The primary responsibility of the HR/Payroll includes handling recuitment.Required qualifications for HR/Payroll:
Must have 1 year of experience as HR and Payroll

• Organizational and attention to detail is a must
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
• Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.
• Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel
• Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures
• Drive the recruitment process for all desplines.
