Along with channel partners, this role proactively identifies and pursues strategic security opportunities with large enterprises, generating interest in products and services. A self-motivated sales and business development leader, the Senior Director, Channel Sales is also a key member of our management team, who serves as an advocate for partners internally and influences our product and service roadmaps as we strive to exceed our partners' expectations.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop, oversee and lead cross-functional activities to ensure all aspects of partner enablement and partner operational support are promoting Ntirety's brand and GTM Strategy in the Channel - Evangelize the Ntirety brand and Strategic vision, recruiting and training new and existing partners strategically - Work closely with sales, marketing, solution engineering, and services organization to help drive partner influenced business nation-wide - Collaborate with the department leaders in Enterprise Sales, Solution Architecture & Marketing function on lead generation, and joint selling with channel and technology partners. - Recruit, train, lead and develop a motivated team of Regional Channel Managers across North America. - Oversee and guide Regional Channel Managers' effort in planning, developing and executing in their region of responsibility. - Manage multiple portfolios of major partnerships, master agents, strategic partners, and referral networks to maximize lead generation and revenue in all territories. - Be able to take direction, and work closely with other executives in sales, product, marketing, and finance, to drive market share growth by driving transformational initiatives and continuously identifying and developing new opportunities - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals for qualified leads, opportunities, bookings, partner events and meetings - Think & execute creative programs to differentiate in the market, approaches, restaurant events, sporting events, region-specific visits, sales incentives and SPIFFS - Collaborate with direct sales executives to drive territory business through partners in the territory - Provide perspective and competitive intelligence to help drive the channel strategy - Develop territory and channel strategies and forecast the partner pipeline and lead flow - Identify relevant partners who are strategically well-positioned to accelerate Ntirety's growth via channel sales, focused on cybersecurity - Work with internal teams: marketing and sales to roll out a regional marketing planRequirementsDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - 10+ years of sales experience in channel sales as both an individual contributor and manager - 5+ years selling professional and/or recurring technology services (compliance and security sales experience a plus) - A proven track record that shows over-achievement of your or your team's sales quotas and earnings history in 5 of the last 7-10 years - BA/BS in business management or related field; MBA preferred, but not required - Polished engagement skills such as interpersonal, writing, speaking and presentations - Proficiency using Salesforce and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Strategic Thinking-Systematically solves problems and hypothesizes possible customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs; brainstorms with team members to devise solutions to solve complex deal challenges - Communication-Tailors communication to the customer's needs with authority; effectively delivers presentations and has strong verbal and written communication skills - Interpersonal Influence-Uses rational and emotional drivers that would appeal to customers to comfortably drive negotiation conversations in his or her favor - Networking-Identifies the right customer stakeholders and builds connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success - Experience selling IT solutions relevant to CIOs of the Global 5000: security, high-availability, networking, hosting, co-location, infrastructure, or applications. - Creativity and flexibility to implement new sales strategies and systems. - Willingness to travel: Up to 50-70% required.Ntirety is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer (EEO/AA).Ntirety offers a competitive salary and benefits including Paid Time Off, FREE Medical to Employees, Dental, retirement plan with 401(k) match, and much more.
