Job Description:
SUMMARY Responsible for assisting Account Coordinators and
Account Managers with the speed and accuracy of placements of
candidates submitted by the vendor partner network. Help manage
order fulfillment processes including accuracy of job postings,
candidate submittals, AC and AM candidate reviews, coordination
with and feedback to partner network. Identify and expand partner
network to assist in filling open positions at Health Carousel's
clients as quickly as possible. Optimize revenue and profit
potential, customer satisfaction and retention with client
organizations and with partner network agencies. Secondary role is
to assist in other duties and initiatives as directed by HCWS
Leadership.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and build effective working relationships with
multiple departments (account management, nursing, allied, locum,
credentialing, finance, human resources, etc.) within assigned
accounts
- Establish and build effective working relationships with
partners in the Partner Network
- Assist with the timesheet process each week to ensure correct
approved time is billed to the clients
- Work closely with PPUSA/ HCTN Direct/ HCLT/ Allied AMs/Sales
and other SMEs on prospects (including assisting with putting
proposals together, researching existing client information within
Merlin, supporting however is needed)
- Manage communication of customer job order to and candidate
submittals from Partner Network agencies:
- Help recruiters at partner vendors understand customer needs
and opportunities
- Serve as the first line of defense for quality submittals and
placements from Partner Network
- Talk to candidate's agency prior to submission to gather
information that will help better sell candidate to customer and
Health Carousel's assigned Account Manager and Account
Coordinator
- Request follow-up from customers as needed through the
appropriate Account Manager or Account Coordinator
- Manage HCWS interview schedule and process in coordination with
Account Management and Sales and the Partner Network agencies
- Work with other internal teams, like the AC team, to ensure
TACL completion and HECL completion per HCTN and client
requirements
- Resolve client service issues & work in a team-oriented work
environment
- Identify ways to increase submittals at client accounts
- Work with Recruiters at Partner Network agencies to identify
strategy to obtain more submittals and greater nurse/ allied/ locum
penetration at assigned clients
- Collaborate with quality assurance staff members to ensure
effective and timely processing for placed health
professionals
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure they have
proper material needed to bill the client
- Troubleshoot performance issues with placed/assigned healthcare
professionals
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly through quality metrics
and client scorecards
- Assist Partner Network recruiters in (i) screening candidates
against customer requirements and (ii) selling candidates on
customer opportunities
- Troubleshoot performance issues with placed/assigned healthcare
professionals
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure proper information
is being received by provider who is placed
- Reinforce the Company value proposition with customers and
healthcare professionals
- Gather and maintain customer data to build account plans
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as
assignedQUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA required
- Enthusiastic, goal oriented, well organized, dedicated, focused
and driven individual
- Track record of hard work, sales success and strong business
experience
- Professionally persuasive and persistent personality and strong
interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft and CRM) and internet savvy
- Must have proven, strong phone, written and verbal
communication skills
- Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic while demonstrating a
professional demeanor and possessing strong interpersonal
skills
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, highly responsive and
customer focused with solid process orientation
- Adaptability to demanding business environment with changing
business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under
compressed time pressures
