A provider of cloud networking solutions has a current position
open for a Remote Cloud Networking Contracts Administrator
Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Managing all aspects of our contracts lifecycle management
process
Developing processes, both manual and automated, to improve legal
team workflow and efficiency
Working with our IT team to define requirements for the systems we
use to manage documents and workflows
Qualifications Include:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience working with contracts in
a B to B environment
Experience as a motivated contributor who shows initiate and is
willing to provide independent judgment and strategic thinking
Proficiency with legal and business technologies
General understanding of contracting, drafting, and negotiation
principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Quick learner, with good prioritization skills
