(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Clinical Director Opportunity with a Growing Substance Abuse/Behavioral Health Hospital in the Cincinnati, OH area.

We are working with an outstanding hospital that specializes in the behavioral health addiction recovery area. This is a brand new facility that is in the Northern Cincinnati area. The facility specializes in detox as well as offering residential treatment on an extended basis. Its scenic environment provides a peaceful and tranquil respite for patients to get the help they need to overcome their addictions.

This facility offers a step down detox unit and residential treatment for a long term stay. The clinical director role will be in charge of managing all clinical functions of the facility. They will manage a budget and ensure the staffing levels are appropriate for the team. The director will be responsible for developing the strategic clinical plan for the organization. The individual must have experience working with nurses and counselors in an addiction recovery setting. Clinical management in a residential treatment facility is strongly preferred. The individual must have a clinical background as either a nurse, counselor, LSW or other clinical role who has management experience in an addicition recovery setting.
