team of program management professionals within our Lifecycle Service &
Support (aftermarket) organization to champion our LSS service offerings with high
profile customers. You will be responsible for executing a wholistic approach
to customer management by developing program plans, creating and monitoring the
execution of multi-year capital equipment plans as well as supporting data
analysis. You will play an important role within our organization to ensure the
overall success with our customers. You
will support business leaders and present programmatic details, requirements,
actions, and status as required. You will be working under minimal supervision
to execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value, and quality by demonstrating
sound project management skills with an emphasis on risk management. Key

  • Own the customer relationship in the aftermarket space, but overall scope of end to end
  • Become intimately familiar with the customer's culture and business strategies
  • Daily tactical customer support
  • Create and maintain an asset management plan
  • Develop capital equipment recommendations
  • Develop and manage obsolescence plans
  • Support customer's Information Systems needs related to our services
  • Capture and analyze data that measures and improves the customer's business
  • Implement program plans by collaborating, and providing guidance across multiple functions
  • Assure timely management of information across multiple functions YOU MUST
    • Significant and relatable experience managing projects or programs
    • Great communication skills
    • Expertise within technical or business field WE VALUE
      • Material handling experience
      • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      • BS/BA degree in engineering or business
      • Risk management (Identification & Mitigation)
