About the Position:

Hiring for an Executive Vice President -Operations responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including project management, construction, and quality control. You will work closely with other executives to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability while maintaining the highest safety and customer satisfaction standards. Your leadership and expertise will be essential to the company's success in the competitive construction industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related industry degree.
Extensive experience in construction operations (i.e., Safety, Risk Management, Architectural/Engineering, Quality Assurance /Quality Control, Operations Management, Staff Development, etc.).
10 + years of experience in CM/GC and trade management, of which at least three years should be in an Operations departmental leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Construction Operations, Preconstruction, and Contracts management/negotiations are required.
Strong knowledge of Architectural/Engineering design.
Market segment knowledge and experience in Healthcare, Office/Workplace, Education, Life sciences, and Development.
