They deeply understand our clients' businesses, working consultatively to deliver against business goals and unlock new, unexplored opportunities. Internally, our Account Directors guide cross-functional teams, help navigate challenges, and inspirepositive changes that move our organization forward. As an Account Director at Chase, you'd---

• Independently lead large projects with accountability for their successful delivery on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget
• Be an active and influential leader on the work being developed and delivered
• Partner deeply with the strategy team to uncover and recognize business strategies for clients
• Develop and present persuasive, consultative presentations
• Be responsible for overall client satisfaction
• Maintain topline accountability for scope and estimate development
• Serve as a leader within the organization, helping to guide and develop talent
• Plan and forecast financials with accuracy what it requires
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Social Sciences, Business, or other related discipline
  • 7-10 years of experience working in strategic consulting or in a relevant corporate growth strategy role
  • A proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Proven experience developing and growing client relationships
  • The ability and willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
  • Experience working with a design organization is a plus, but not required how we'll compensate you
