Job Description:
Job Overview:This position, in collaboration with leadership
team, maintains the mission, vision, values, and strategic
direction for TriHealth, assists in creating an environment for
successful clinical performance offering the best value to our
patients, and accepts responsibility, corporately, for Quality
Safety and Service and the outcomes achieved. In concert with
System Department Chiefs, Hospital -based Department Chairs,
Service Line Leader, TriHealth Physician Practices (TPP) management
team, administrative directors, nurses and physicians is
responsible for operationalizing TriHealth strategies at the
hospital and ambulatory units owned and/or operated by Trihealth.
This position reports to the TriHealth Chief Medical Officer with
matrix reporting relationship to the TriHealth SVP Region;
participates as a member of the TriHealth Integrated Leadership
Team (ILT); and serves as an advisor to the various hospital
Medical Executive Committees and an operational liaison to
TriHealth Clinical Department Chiefs, Service Line Medical
Directors and the TPP clinical managers. Serves as a critical
bridge between clinical and administrative leadership to ensure
full integration of operational and clinical perspectives across
the TriHealth delivery system. Assists in developing standardized
policies, practices, programs and processes that create a uniform
patient experience and reliable and consistent quality and safety
outcomes across the TriHealth System. A primary role is to
operationalize the clinical programs developed by TriHealth System
Department Chiefs, Hospital Chairs, Service Line leaders, the TPP
management team, and system administrative leadership in an
efficient and reliable manner across a TriHealth region, ensuring
consistency across the System.This position, in collaboration with

Responsibilities:In coordination with the ILT, assist the System
Department Chiefs in their development of operational plans to
support the achievement of their departmental and TriHealth
strategic plan. Align System Department Chiefs to support System
strategic and opePreside over regional/system intra-departmental
leadership meetings comprised of System Department Chiefs and other
appointed clinical leaders as necessary to accomplish the
completion of strategic plans or system/regional issues. Regularly
monitor indiAddress directly or delegate to hospital chairs intra-
and inter-departmental issues as necessary, engaging other
TriHealth leaders (e.g. site leadership, program leadership,
service line leadership) as required for resolution. Keep abreast
of global heProvide career development support for System
Department Chiefs. Participates with the CMO in the annual
professional reviews of the System Department Chiefs and Service
Line Medical Directors.In coordination with other members of the
ILT, participate in the assessment and prioritization of capital
equipment, space, and remodeling needs within the Departments. As a
member of the Regional Leadership Triad in conjunction with the SVP
