Role:The vision of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is to enable a
holistic, cross-functional view of risks to drive their effective
prioritization and management in line with the Company's strategic
objectives. This role will be responsible for supporting the build
out and enhancement of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
tool to facilitate consistent and quality risk information. This
would include structuring foundational risk data to align with the
implementation of risk programs, assessments, and risk
response.Other responsibilities would include: Overseeing the
finance and capital, technology, or other risk management
activities of the bank and holding company through consultation and
monitoring, Works with Executive Management and apply effective
challenge through monitoring, analysis, and reporting on
significant risk and control issues, Assists Executive and business
line management in the development of effective action plans,
Participates in strategic enterprise-wide projects to drive
proactive risk identification and mitigation for financial risks,
Maintains an enterprise risk management strategy that reduces risk,
promotes operational efficiency and fosters a high quality customer
experience through implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management
System and Standards.Demonstrate expertise in the finance and
capital, technology, or other risk area(s) of bank or holding
company in order to effectively monitor and challenge associated
risk management activities, as well as, provide appropriate level
of consultation.Develop and implement processes for monitoring,
analyzing, and reporting on enterprise-wide risks, which include
capital, liquidity, market, credit, regulatory, technology, and
strategic.Lead cross-functional risk management initiatives and
projects that impact multiple risk disciplines and/or business
units.Perform root cause analysis and facilitate remediation
efforts by first line of defense.Responsible for regulatory change
management initiatives through appropriate level of research,
analysis, and development of corporate and business level
communications describing impact and necessary action by
management.Responsible for regulatory relations, including
providing responses and documentation as requested.Prepare risk
management reports to Executive Management and contribute to the
Board of Directors committees' reports relative to enterprise risk
management activities.Demonstrates compliance with all bank
regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job
responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and
on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.Follows
all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and
completes all required annual or job-specific training.Maintain a
working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures
regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank
Security and other regulations as applicable to this job
description.May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and
teach coursework as subject matter expert.Actively learns,

assigned.Occasional travel.About You:Bachelor's Degree in business,
finance, economics, accounting, or other applicable discipline or
equivalent experience requiredMaster's Degree preferred7-10 years
of banking, risk management, finance, and technology experience
required.Strong understanding of risk management and ERM's function
in the 2nd lineDeep curiosity and aptitude for understanding how
risk information connectsTalent for building and implementing
program requirements/enhancement into a user interfaceExpertise in
financial, operational, or technology risk management concepts,
best practices, and regulations.Extensive understanding of
financial institution general control structure, as well as,
knowledge of various bank operations, in order to assess risk,
challenge, and make appropriate recommendations.Demonstrate ability
to independently manage multiple and complex work efforts, which
involves directing other key stakeholders across the bank.Possess
strong oral and written communication skills, critical thinking,
and analytical skillset.Ability to present complex information to a
variety of different audiences.Advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft
PowerPoint, ACL, or Cognos reporting.Knowledge of GRC systems
helpful.FRM, PRM, CIA, or CPAWe offer a competitive total rewards
package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay
range for this role is, $73,710 - $149,466, and the pay rate for
the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of
non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to,
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and
geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based
incentive compensation and those details will be provided during
