We're seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales teamwho will support the ongoing efforts of the Sales Specialists including cultivating existing partnerships with key sellers, vetting/developing new incoming business seller leads, and closing qualified leads.

TASKS YOU'LL BE JUGGLING

• Manage existing B2B relationships, collaborate with key partners within the Cincinnati and NCN markets.
• Qualify inventory lists, create/send new contracts to maintain and improve key seller accounts.
• Work directly with Sales Specialists and achieve strategic seller objectives and revenue goals.
• Manage CRM workflow, seller preview process, own appointment calendar, organize seller documents and provide seller updates to appropriate team members.
• Participate in sales, marketing and operations meetings to help grow EBTH nationally by developing and sharing expertise, experience and best practices.
• Qualify new business seller leads, communicate EBTH sales process and requirements.
  CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING
  
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree.
  • 2+ years of sales, account management and/or business development experience.
  • Experience with closing sales leads and managing multiple accounts.
  • Strong relationship building skills, ability to work successfully with multiple business functions of an organization.
  • Great communicator who is able to motivate and influence both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starter and innovative leader who can. take the ball and run with it with a positive attitude.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Passionate about estate sales and/or home decor preferred.
