Job Title Senior Transaction Manager Job Description Summary The Office Tenant Advisory Group helps clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs. The Senior Transaction Manager works primarily in a support role on lease acquisitions, dispositions and other transactions and account management related projects and efforts. This team member will be involved, in a support capacity, in all aspects of the team's transaction activities, included by not limited to: preparing surveys and proposals; providing financial and valuation analysis; due diligence oversight; assisting in the development of presentations; and client support. This team member will also spend a portion of their time prospecting and generating opportunities to represent clients. Job Description Work tirelessly to serve the best interests of clients Support efforts to move prospects through various stages of the deal process. Assist the brokerage team with the implementation of portfolio plans that align with client's real estate goals and objectives Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications. Support the brokerage team with any documentation required to be used during the transaction management process including new leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc. Coordinate negotiations and management of transactions Draft, review and/or edit documents and agreements related to commercial real estate transactions Develop/redesign and implement processes and routines to drive process efficiencies Work with Managing Partners to ensure clients are consulted/informed and deals move efficiently to closing Communicate regularly with clients via their preferred channel regarding progress of the project Track daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators Interface with the market and other brokers on surveys, proposals, and tours Update reports, presentations, and analyses with team and clients General ad hoc reporting as needed to support transaction activities Prospect and generate opportunities to represent clients Minimum Qualifications: Sr. Transaction Manager Bachelor's degree from an accredited university of college. Minimum 3 years experience in direct transaction experience. Must have strong Customer Service Skills. Must have strong communication and project management skills. Extensive knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project. Real estate Broker's / Salesperson's license is required. Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
