Mental Health Therapist - Outpatient Location: 4629 Aicholtz Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45244 Required Degree: Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family TherapyRequired License: LSW, LPC, MFT - Must be licensed in the state of OhioPreferred License: LISW, LPCC, IMFT / CDCASchedule: Part time / Pieceworker - hours flexible* You choose your schedule and how many hours you want to work per week. Primary Job Responsibilities:Provides services in the outpatient offices. Provide individual and group treatment services for youth, families and adults.Completes diagnostic assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, and risk assessments.
