TITLE: Nursing Home Administrator(LNHA)(90K +)
LOCATION: Cincinnati, Ohio

Summary:
Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the transitional care center, as well as all company policies to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
Additionally, the Administrator must also operate the facility in accordance with the facility's budget.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred.
Possess three (3) or more years of experience as a nursing home administrator.
Must posses a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license.
Have not received state or federal deficiencies at a scope & severity above a level G.
Must be able to read and interpret financial records, reports, etc.
Must be knowledgeable of federal and state anti-discrimination and anti-harassment employment laws and regulations
Must have a sincere caring for and interest in the elderly and have the ability to communicate policies, procedures, regulations, reports, etc., to personnel, residents, families, and government agencies.

The transitional care community features over 50 luxury, well-appointed post-acute/short term rehab suites with spacious living space and private bathrooms.
Our exceptional clinical staff will provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
The full range of services provided will focus on restoring the quality of life to our patients and enable them to reach the highest level of independence possible with the goal of returning to home.
The company is offering a salary between 90-110K depending for experience for the position along with a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO and tuition reimbursement.
