The Medical Record Representative is responsible for establishing, building, and fostering a collaborative relationship with providers to assist with chart retrieval efforts. How you will make an impact: - Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with providers, determine provider needs and effectively communicates solutions. - Conducts outreach to providers to support the chart retrieval efforts & general correspondence. - Incumbent will provide attentive support for internal and external parties and be skilled in critical thinking and creative solutioning. - Incumbent is expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. - Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. - Resolves & solutions communication issues or variances found in production. - Facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties. - Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of project completion within general correspondence applications - May support other program initiatives or ad-hoc projects as deemed Qualifications Minimum Requirements: + Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of call center or customer service experience or a minimum of 2 years company experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
