NP/PA - Family Practice (Darby) Job number: 060222 Category: Physician/Mid-levels Facility: Bitterroot Health Department: Clinics- Medical Status: FT Schedule: FT Shift: 40 hrs/wk Description: Family Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician position. The Clinician will provide high quality primary care to patients across the lifespan in our outpatient clinics. They will be responsible for both the diagnosis and treatment of acute conditions, chronic disease management, and preventative care for their patient panel. They will recommend appropriate evidence based treatment. These include medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will promote physical and mental wellness as well as prevent future health issues and promote a healthier life. Qualifications, Education, Training and Experience: Advanced Practice Clinician (PA or NP), degree with current Montana license Experience in Family Medicine preferred Experience with medical ethics, population health, and quality improvement methodology preferred. Benefits: This position is 40 hrs/wk. Position is eligible for the full benefit package. Outpatient care only. 4 day work week.
