and working on going. 11-13 ORs daily 2-3 MDs 11-13 CRNAs daily
Supervised setting General cases CRNA schedule 5 8s Pager call
optional for CRNA locum MD takes 1 st call, CRNAs take 2 nd call
Credentialing 60 days $500 referral bonus received for any referral
who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A
