**Job Summary:**We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our dental office team. As a key member of our healthcare team, the Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in dental anatomy, be familiar with aseptic technique. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively document patient records. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently within our electronic systems and be knowledgeable in medical coding and medical documentation.**Responsibilities:** Provide dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, prophies, and sealants Document patient records Use dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals Utilize aseptic technique to maintain a clean and sterile environment Perform medical coding and documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist dentists with patient exams and procedures Maintain a patient-centered approach, providing exceptional care and customer service Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain current certifications**Qualifications:** Associates degree in Dental Hygiene or a related field Current licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist in the state of OH Strong understanding of dental anatomy and aseptic technique Familiarity with electronic systems and medical coding Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Current CPR certification Ability to maintain a patient-centered approach and provide exceptional customer service**Skills:** Dental office experience Anatomy knowledge Aseptic technique Systems Dental coding Medical records Dental terminology Medical documentationJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $44.00 - $48.00 per hourExpected hours: 31 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* No weekendsLicense/Certification:* Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)* Dental License (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Cincinnati, OH 45255 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Cincinnati, OH 45255: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
