Job Description:

*Duties*- Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride treatments, and root planning- Conduct patient assessments and formulate individualized dental hygiene care plans- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, dental care, and plaque control programs- Maintain and update patient dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations- Assist dentists during dental procedures as needed- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and standards in the dental office- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, Epic, and CAD systems for efficient patient care*Requirements*- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures- Knowledge of medical coding related to dental services- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff members- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time offMedical Specialty:* Primary CareSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Relocate:* Cincinnati, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
