  Dysrhythmia Exam Not Required
  Must have BLS, Physical Therapist License
  At least experience with acute care, prefer a minimum of one year if possible, but will look at those under a year
  Patient Population - Orthopedic, general or mild neurological; SNF placement patients for Swing Bed
  Patient Conditions - Stable, general weakness, joint replacements, typical general inpatient and SFN placement diagnosis
  Patient load fluctuates, around 7-10 patients, all lower acuity*
  Transfer equipment (Sara Steady, Hoyer)
  Pewter Gray Scrubs
  Required QualificationsPhysical Therapist, Outpatient
  Experience: 1 year
  Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
  Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
  SSN Required
  DOB Required
  Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
  References: 2 References in entire work history
