  • Stroke
  • Brain and spinal cord injury
  • Neurological and orthopedic conditions
  • Trauma and amputationRequirements:
    • Active LPN License (IN or compact)
    • 2 years of LPN experience (REQUIRED - Auto Offer for qualified candidates!)
    • BLS (AHA or ARC) required
    • ACLS preferred (based on facility need)
