12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
License: RN Certifications: EMR Experience Required (HCHB and
OASIS) Must-Have: Home Health experience Description: We are
seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health. The
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of Home Health
experience within the last three years. This position requires
working days, specifically Saturday, Sunday, and one additional
weekday, totaling approximately 32 hours. Experience with EMR
systems, particularly HCHB and OASIS, is required. This role does
