Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician Profession: Surgical Technician Specialty: Surgical Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting License: Not specified Certifications: Certified Surgical Technician (CST) required Must-Have: - Experience in orthopedics, robotics, gynecology, urology, and spine procedures. - Availability for four 10-hour shifts per week with start times as early as 5:30 AM. - Willingness to take on-call shifts up to five weeknights per month from Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 7:00 AM. - Availability for on-call weekend shifts from 7:00 AM Saturday to 7:00 AM Monday. - Possibility of holiday call obligations. Description: Seeking a Certified Surgical Technician with a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting. Candidates must possess expertise in orthopedic, robotic, gynecological, urological, and spine procedures. Position requires flexibility for four 10-hour shifts per week, starting as early as 5:30 AM. On-call commitment includes up to five weeknights each month, as well as one weekend shift per month. Holiday call shifts may also be required. The surgical unit includes multiple operating rooms and procedure areas, focusing on general surgery, robotics, urology, breast procedures, spine surgery, gynecology, and endoscopy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for applicants.
