Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: 2 years License: Active state RN license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have Skills/Experience: ICU
Experience Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse
to work in the Intensive Care Unit. Candidates must have a minimum
of 2 years of ICU experience. The shift is from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM,
with every other weekend required. Experience in Neuro ICU,
critical care, PACU/Post-Op, and stroke care is preferred.
Familiarity with Cerner EMR is beneficial, though not mandatory
within the last year. The unit features a patient ratio of 2:1 and
consists of 10 beds. Key equipment includes Plum 360, Plum DUO, and
CAD PCA's. Ideal candidates will possess a flexible, calm demeanor
and a positive attitude. Dress code requires galaxy blue scrubs for
tops, bottoms, and jackets, with black scrub pants allowed.
