Job Description:
EnduraCare Acute Care Services (ECS), a leader in therapy
management and consultancy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Physical Therapist Outpatient to join our dynamic team. At ECS, we
focus on integrated strategies that deliver excellent clinical
outcomes and optimize the healthcare performance within our
affiliated hospitals. In this position, you will assess, plan,
organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve
mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct
disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury coinciding
with our continual dedication to top-class patient care. Perform
and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's
condition. Establish a plan of care which is appropriate to
problems identified and involves the patient/family according to
their capabilities and desires. Educate patients and families about
proper safe treatments and use of exercise programs. Perform
therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy
techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of
the patient. Coordinate with therapy team to maximize the
efficiency of the rehabilitation process. Support the ECS ethos of
integrating clinical outcomes with financially effective solutions.
Proven ability to apply physical therapy principles effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of
maintaining strong relationships with patients, team members, and
stakeholders across the healthcare continuum. Robust documentation
skills and proficiency in using healthcare software. Capability in
handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
while maintaining attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license as
required by the state. CPR Certified.
