Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology
Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour
Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Level 1 experience preferred;
minimum of 1 year in specialty required License: Rad Tech License
in KY required through ARRT Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
required Must-Have: EKG onboarding exam required Description: Must
have a Rad Tech License in KY through ARRT before start, pending
license okay at submission. Level 1 experience preferred. BLS,
ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS are required. PALS must be obtained before
the start date. EKG onboarding exam is required. Shifts will be
four 10-hour shifts per week, from 0700 to 1730. Call requirements
include: 1 late call per week (5:30 PM - 7:30 PM), 1 call shift per
week (5:30 PM - 7:00 AM), and 1-2 call weekends per 6-week
schedule. Preferred experience with Philips Single and Bi Plane
Angiography. Epic EHR and McKesson experience are required. Local
travelers within 75 miles are not accepted. Compliance requirements
include: BLS, ACLS, PALS (to be obtained before start), NIHSS, and
Cath Lab Tech Competency exam. Patients of all age groups will be
seen, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults,
and geriatrics. Special procedures performed include
interventional, structural, and congenital cardiology. Additional
skills preferred include accurate monitoring and various cardiac
procedures. This position requires a valid Kentucky State
Clienttion License before beginning the assignment. Requirements
