Enjoy professional growth and work-life balance in one of Ohio's top healthcare communities./n /n/nKey Job Details – Cincinnati Mammography Tech Travel Jobs/n /n - Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: December 15, 2025 – End: March 14, 2026)/n - Location: Cincinnati, OH 45236 (Ohio healthcare jobs)/n - Setting: Women's Health Center & Mobile Mammography Vans/n - Shifts: Day shifts (8-hour: 6:30a–3p, 7a–3:30p, 7:30a–4p); Mobile van shifts: 9–10 hours (6:45a–4p)/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Employment Type: Travel/Contract healthcare position/n - Open Positions: 4/n - Estimated Weekly Pay: $1830 – $1970/n /n/nMammography Technologist Qualifications/n /n - Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist/n - ARRT Certification and Registration in Mammography (preferred upon hire or required within six months)/n - State of Ohio Radiologic Technologist License (preferred or as required by Ohio regulations)/n - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (required)/n - Associate's degree from an ARRT-accredited radiologic technology program (preferred)/n - Experience with screening and diagnostic mammograms; knowledge of quality control (QC) procedures/n - Stereotactic breast biopsy experience preferred/n - Ability to work independently and rotate on mobile mammography vans/n /n/nHealthcare Responsibilities – Mammography Tech/n /n - Perform high-quality screening, diagnostic, and invasive breast imaging, including DEXA scans, following ARRT, ACR, and MQSA guidelines/n - Operate Hologic 3D and GE Pristina 3D mammography units and mobile mammography equipment/n - Assist radiologists in invasive breast procedures, ensuring aseptic technique and proper patient consent/n - Document and communicate patient clinical history to healthcare providers and radiologists/n - Select appropriate radiographic technique and exposure factors for optimal breast imaging results/n - Apply principles of radiation protection and patient safety throughout all mammography procedures/n - Educate patients and provide clear discharge instructions regarding breast imaging and follow-up care/n - Participate in departmental quality assessment and improvement initiatives for mammography services/n - Float between women's health center and mobile mammography units as needed (once or twice a week)/n /n/n /n Join our healthcare team in Cincinnati, Ohio, and make a difference in women's health.
