Pathologist (SLP) who excels in this role: - Evaluates and treats
patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy
needs. - Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of
patient's condition. - Designs and implements a plan of care which
is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and
family. - Educates and counsels patients and families regarding
treatment plans and progress. - Plans and/or assists with patient
discharge from therapy services. - Supervises activities of
clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel. Why join

requirements - Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
Required - Licensed Speech Therapist - Current licensure with State
Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology - Basic Life Support
(BLS) within 60 days of hire - Requires critical thinking skills,
decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
