ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft
Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Lima, Ohio, 45804! Deliver
safe, evidence-based nursing care to diverse Med-Surg and stroke
patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop
and implement individualized care plans. Monitor, assess, and
document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.
Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and discharge
instructions. Support shared governance initiatives and foster a

experiences. Requirements 2 Years of Experience - Required BLS &
ACLS (AHA) & NIHSS - Required, must be active at time of submittal
Attendance: must be committed to reporting for all assigned shifts
and be on time. Must be competent with Cardiac medications
(Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardine, Dobutamine, Lasix,
Bumex,) and have knowledge of titration and application of these
medications. - Required Must be competent in telemetry and possess
knowledge of heart rhythms. - Required Must possess critical
thinking skills, be able to recognize change in patient status and
intervene - Required Must possess knowledge of signs/symptoms of
stroke, recognize change in patient status and intervene. -
