Job Description:

complex needs, is seeking an experienced Market Clinical Director
to oversee clinical operations across multiple locations. The
successful candidate will ensure high-quality patient care aligning
with our mission to deliver superior, patient-centered services.
This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and
upholding the highest standards of healthcare practices. You will
implement innovative clinical strategies, enhance operational
efficiency, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Lead
and supervise medical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices
and patient care standards. Develop and implement clinical
operations strategies to optimize patient outcomes and operational
efficiencies. Collaborate with management to coordinate and
integrate services across the healthcare system. Monitor healthcare
regulations and ensure all practices are compliant with state and
federal laws. Evaluate clinical program effectiveness and implement
improvements as needed. Manage budgeting and resource allocation
for the clinical departments. Provide training, coaching, and
professional development opportunities for staff. Strong leadership
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven
ability to manage budgets and resources In-depth knowledge of
healthcare regulations and standards Capability to implement and
evaluate clinical programs Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certification in
Healthcare Management (e.g., FACHE) Valid medical license
