About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years recent experience in an
operating room License: Compact or KY State License required
Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Level 1 trauma experience
desired, plus 3 years recent experience in OR Staff will be
expected to work in a variety of specialty areas. Total Joints,
Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS experience required. Candidates may be
required to float within the facility or to nearby affiliate
hospitals. Description: Level 1 experience desired, plus 3 years
recent experience in the operating room and BLS. Staff will be
expected to work in a variety of specialty areas including Total
Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS. Call policy includes weekdays
and weekends with specific response times. There will be a rotating
list for choosing call. In the first 6-week schedule, staff will
have 2-3 call shifts during the week. During the next 6-week
period, staff will have weekend call. Compliance requirements
include BLS, Basic Math exam, OR Competency exam, OR skills, CORE
exams, and No-Medication exam. Candidates are required to submit
references. If candidates have previously worked for the facility,
it must be noted at the time of submission to check rehire
eligibility. Rehire eligibility will be checked by HR regularly.
All candidates must be aware of the call policy and floating
