Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU (Night Shift) Location: Cincinnati, OH 45219 Duration: 8 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Pay Rate: $40 – $46 per hour Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for an 8-week assignment. The RN will provide specialized, evidence-based care to neonatal patients while collaborating closely with families and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide culturally competent, age-specific care in a fast-paced NICU environment.
