Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: EEG Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Neurodiagnostic / EEG Technologist Shift: Night (Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Neurodiagnostic / EEG Technologist to perform high-quality EEG studies in accordance with department standards and ASET guidelines. - The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities - Perform routine, prolonged, and continuous EEGs (inpatient and outpatient). - Conduct VEEG monitoring in EMU and monitor multiple patients. - Apply electrodes using the 10–20 system. - Accurately document and annotate EEG recordings. - Assist during clinical events and notify physicians/nursing staff as needed. - Support advanced procedures including ictal SPECT, WADA testing, and intra-operative EEG monitoring. - Maintain patient safety, infection control, and electrical safety standards. - Perform Evoked Potentials and SSEP studies. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of hospital-based experience. - Required: BLS certification. - Preferred: R.EEG.T. credential. - Strong understanding of ASET standards and neurodiagnostic safety. - Opportunity to work in advanced neurodiagnostic settings If you have any concerns or preferences regarding shifts, weekly pay, or location, please let me know.
