experiences, is seeking a qualified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our on-site healthcare team. This role
integrates psychiatric nursing expertise with technological tools
to improve mental health outcomes for our employees and partners.
The candidate will be instrumental in delivering personalized
mental health services, utilizing both traditional approaches and
innovative tech-augmented interventions designed to enhance patient
care and monitoring. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to
diagnose psychiatric conditions. Develop, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans that integrate tech solutions. Provide crisis
intervention and conduct psychotherapy sessions. Prescribe and
manage psychopharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive
approach to mental health care. Lead the integration of technology
in therapy sessions to maximize patient engagement and treatment
efficacy. Educate patients and their families about mental health
conditions and maintenance strategies. Expertise in psychiatric
assessment and diagnosis Proficiency in electronic health record
(EHR) systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability
to integrate technology into therapeutic treatments Knowledge of
psychopharmacology Active Nurse Practitioner license Certification
as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
